This project was to convert the derelict Sergeants’ Mess, Colchester, into six two storey and two three storey houses.

The Grade II listed building was first built in 1861 as part of Le Cateau barracks, the first permanent military camp in the town.

I was briefed to re-create the building to it’s former glory, and provide a series of stills, both externals and internals.

A Modern and Contemporary development of 27 New Private and Afforable Homes in Cambridgeshire.

A set of external and Internal visuals were commissioned together with a 3D Site Plan for Marketing purposes.

Set in the beautiful Suffolk countryside, Milsoms Kesgrave Hall is a luxurious boutique hotel and restaurant just outside Ipswich. I was commissioned for a series of photomontages to demonstrate the impact of a new Hotel wing. A new Spa, was also proposed, and visuals provided.
